
One of my favourite things to make is Nigella’s beautiful chilli jam. I first discovered it in her Christmas book and over the years have made so much of it for family and friends. I have upped the weight of chilli’s slightly just for personal taste and the recipe is so reliable and makes the most perfectly delicious sweet and tangy jam every time. It tastes so good with savoury foods, fish, chicken or on a sandwich. Truly one of the best preserves around.
