I baked Nigella’s Victoria Sponge, sandwiched it with blackcurrant jam, and covered it in Ready Roll Icing, for my Bake Club. The theme this month is Nursery Rhymes / Children’s Stories. This is Little Bo Peep who has found her sheep! The character outlines were done by my husband who is more artistic than I am.
