Raw beets with dill and mustard seed Since I could only find two red beets at the grocer I mixed them with two gold beets, and that set the tone for the mustard seeds! I used both brown and yellow mustard seeds in the recipe. As always with Nigella's recipes, it turned out fantastic and is one of the few ways I can get the hubby to actually eat his beets!
