Baked last night. I believe these Forgotten Cookies will be remembered fondly. All packed to go, will travel this Christmas morning to Moorestown, NJ from the Bronx. I couldn’t find mini dark chocolate chips so I cut up a bar of what I had on hand, salted dark chocolate. I also put my granulated white sugar in the food processor and pulsed it finer, to resemble castor sugar. So easy to make, I sampled one this morning, a delicious layer of flavors and not too sweet. Thank you.
