On 12th December, the Christmas Pudding Hunt brought me to this beautiful recipe - Banket Bars. It’s instantly reminded me of an almond croissant, but an advanced and better version of it. Instead of making two long logs and then cutting them, I simply turned them into mini croissants, filled them with the almond filling and topped them with some almonds flakes and lemon and apricot glaze.
