Today I decided to get ahead by baking something to go in the freezer. After checking what I had available in the cupboard I made Sticky Gingerbread from Nigella Christmas. Super simple to make and as promised, the house smelled amazing! Not sure this will make it to the freezer! (The Chilli Jam is in the picture because I can’t get over how pretty it is!)
