I was delighted years ago after being gifted a 'Pine Forest' bunt pan as it allowed me to make an authentic Nigella 'Spruced-Up Vanilla Cake! This cake is all it promises to be - full of vanilla flavour, soft and incredibly moist! It not only feeds a crowd, but provides the perfect balance of a light, but still filling option in a season of otherwise overly rich foods. A personal favorite of mine, this show stopper of a cake is regularly requested at Holiday gatherings and I am more than happy to oblige!
