This year, I made Nigella’s Christmas Pudding for the very first time, and it was a huge success. I made two—one for Christmas Day and one as a test run. It was my first-ever attempt at a traditional Christmas pudding, finished with a little festive decoration for some extra Christmas bling. I hope it turned out worthy of Nigella’s inspiration!
