LEMON MERINGUE CAKE Always a great success! Looks complicated but is not! Definitely take the time to make your own lemon curd (Nigella has a great recipe!). It’s worth the effort. Leftovers stored in the fridge get a little chewy, and that’s perfectly allright. Although, we never have anything left of this superb cake. Enjoy!
