This is the first time I've ever made this Luscious Vegan Gingerbread from Cook, Eat, Repeat. This is straight out of the oven and smells divine. I am no stranger to to cooking Nigella's Recipes and making them Vegan for myself and friends (even my meat eater friends like them) This recipe being completely vegan made my heart sing. I cooked it listening to 1960's Christmas music and had the candles lit as I was cooking and preparing it, it was so much fun to make. I felt like I was on a Nigella Christmas special which made it even more wonderful to cook. I hope I've inherited Nigella's wonderful camp style in my own kitchen which I adore as Nigella is a gay icon and I love it. Thank You
