I baked the Nigella Lawson, chocolate Yule Log for my entry. It’s based on a winter theme. The cake is deliciously moist and airy, it’s a lot like Nigella’s classic Chocolate Fudge Cake, which I’ve been baking since over 10 years, despite the ingredients and technique being completely different, I can see a match in the taste, so yum. I’m really pleased with how this has turned out. Thank you for the lovely recipe as usual Nigella! Happy New Year All xx
