I've been watching Nigella since the early 200o's, especially the series where she is cooking for her children who are just a few years older than my three kiddos. One thing I've kept on hand for many years is Nigella's homemade pancake mix. It's ready to hit the griddle at a moment's notice and we all love it. On New Year's Day, I gilded the lily by topping our breakfast with sparkling pancake syrup! Doesn't everyone want glittery pancakes? (I bet Nigella would!)
