I have been determined to try to cook everything in my pantry, this recipe checked a few boxes. I substituted digestive biscuits with graham crackers and shortbread cookies some of which were covered in chocolate, I was just a few grams short of the Nutella I added some tahini and lastly, I didn’t have hazelnuts, just mixed nuts: cashews, almonds, pistachios, etc. I can’t wait to dig in.
