This is my version of Nigella's Vegan Chocolate Cake made for the vegan members of our wine club at a short event at port village hall. Needless to say, it went down well with all of our non vegans as well - fabulously moist and tasty, I will make this again. I couldn't get coconut butter anywhere although I did have coconut oil for the cake so used plant based butter for the icing.
