This Nigella’s Rapid Ragu from Nigella Express, baked in a Koginut squash and served with green beans! I prepared the Rapid Ragu first and used red instead of green lentils, which is our preference. The Koginut squash was prepared in a similar manner to the Roast Stuffed Pumpkin with Gingery Tomato Sauce from Nigella Christmas. We served this with a green salad first and later berries for dessert for a terrific Sunday dinner!
