This month at the Cookalong Club we made Nigella’s Coffee Shortbreads. Instead of walnuts, we used all kinds of nuts and had fun pressing little patterns into the cookies. As always, we loved the final result. And yes, you may not see it in the pictures, but once again we couldn’t resist adding a little gold edible glitter. :)
