Roasted hazelnut twice baked forgotten cookies - accidentally used baking paper with oil residue so they didn’t dry out properly in the oven and I baked them again the next day by preheating the oven to 180 deg C & lowering the temperature to 160 deg C for 15 mins and let sit in the oven while it cooled. The end result was delicious and had a lovely crisp edge.
