Herbed leg of lamb made Easter Sunday! Couldn’t find fresh oregano so used dried oregano. Cooked exactly as the recipe said and lamb was perfectly pink after resting - Great recipe and the family loved it including my 88year old dad. THANK YOU NIGELLA
