Birthday cake made for my new colleague joining the Osteoporosis team at our hospital. I made the lemon and thyme Bundt cake but I used whole boiled lemons in the recipe so upped the flour and sugar a bit along with less buttermilk. It worked really well and was such a light Sponge!
