Lasagne of love. I’ve made lasagnes for years but never this one. This one changed my life. I used the onion and garlic skins to infuse the milk for my bechamel, something I have never done before but something I will always do now. I used the whole bottle of wine, again something I have never done but something I will now always do. I added a bunch of finely cut fresh basil into the ragu too. Thank you, it was breathtakingly wonderful xxx
