When it's hot as an oven outside, you tend to find ways to cook up something delicious and cool, without overheating your kitchen. I have to admit, I was skeptical when I first saw Nigella make this, because I thought I wasn't a fan of black licorice. But as with anything this wonderful woman makes, I was absolutely willing to try it! I dont think I have ever been so wrong before in my life. This pudding is the most darkly decadent dessert I have ever tried and it has become a staple in our home. We find ourselves portioning out and freezing heavy cream, just so we always have it on hand to whip this up at a moments notice. The sprinkling of sea salt makes this tick both the sweet and salty boxes, which makes for a very satisfying end to a meal.
