I made Nigella's Lamb Kofta's with Garlic Sauce for a friends birthday party - and these were a complete hit! They were super juicy, full of flavour, and such a great recipe for sharing at a party. The garlic sauce was the perfect addition to complement the meat. A true delight to eat and share with people for a special occasion. I will definitely be making these for future events, and for my own dinners at home :)
