CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH COFFEE BUTTERCREAM I support my church’s fortnightly coffee mornings as it gives me a chance to bake. I always choose a Nigella recipe and they have all been a success. As soon as I arrive, the men, especially, ask what cake it is this week. On June 4th, I chose the Chocolate Cake with Coffee Buttercream. I had to buy the Dark Chocolate Coffee Beans online from Dorri, as I couldn’t find them at Sainsbury’s. It was a great success and I will be making it again. The comment from multiple people was how unbelievably moist it was, despite looking like it would be a dense cake. Magnificent! But then, ALL the Nigella cakes I have made have been magnificent!
