A perfect sunny day where a simple lunch was called for. This is a no fuss dish - grab ‘bits’ from the pantry and ‘pieces’ from the fridge. Spaghetti with tuna, lemon and rocket. Finished off with freshly picked parsley from garden, shaved parmesan and anchovies for that extra fishy-ness!
