All Smiles A slight diversion of Nigella’s Cranberry Bakewell Tart as cranberries are not easy to come by in Far North Qld and a substitution with some homemade cumquat jam with a spiced up sweet pastry shell and Frangipane filling topped with Almonds and Crushed Hazelnuts served with a Syllabub Cream was a perfect end to a great dinner. Yum was the verdict (no soggy bottoms)
