A chocolate Pavlova with cream and raspberries - with so few ingredients you really can go all out for ones you've got and the dark chocolate really shines here, cutting through the sweetness of the pavlova and perfectly matching the tart raspberries. This felt scrumptious - and most definitively not like something that came together as fast as it really did. Loved it!
