Nigella’s salmon fish cakes! These are wonderfully easy, resourceful as they used leftovers, and absolutely divine. This is a go to recipe that my family devoured. Thank God for Nigella and this great recipe that always comes to the rescue during long, dragging weeks where you need something quick and delicious. I added a bit of Dijon mustard and used panko bread crumbs on the coating as that’s what I had on hand.
