Pasta with Courgettes. (Spaghetti with Homegrown Courgettes) My twist on this classic was using my absolute favourite pasta: spaghetti. To make it even better, the courgettes were fresh from my own garden— homegrown, vibrant, and packed with flavour. Absolutely delicious.
