So I'm back home! I feel like I've been away for an age but, then again, now I'm back, the three and a half weeks I spent in LA are fast evaporating from my jet-lagged memory!

Before I sign off, I feel I should tell you the way I celebrated being back in my kitchen. Namely, by making and eating My Mother's Praised Chicken; nothing says 'home' to me as this does.
