Introduction

This dressing is VERY fresh and earthy tasting. Dollop some on top of poached salmon? I enjoy this with really any sort of lettuce. Endive is lovely with some toasted pecans or toasted hazelnuts scattered here and there? Only use fresh herbs as this dressing is a "call from the garden". :)

Serves: 1

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped fresh italian parsley
  • 1 cup chopped scallions

  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
  • ½ lemon juice
