Metric Cups
  • 50 grams minced pork
  • 3 slices white bread (made into crumbs)
  • 2 medium potatoes (grated )
  • 1 onion (finely chopped or grated)
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 teaspoons dried mint
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh flatleaf parsley
  • 1¾ ounces ground pork
  • 3 slices white bread (made into crumbs)
  • 2 medium potatoes (grated )
  • 1 onion (finely chopped or grated)
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
