Porcupine Meat Balls

Serves: 4-8

  • 32 ounces ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • ½ cup rice
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 2 tins tomato soup
  • garlic
  • 1 dash soy sauce
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce

  • Combine all ingredients BUT NOT THE SOUP into a large bowl and shape into balls.
  • Arrange in a saucepan. Pour soup over balls, and add a little water.
  • Cook on high until boiling. When boiling, cover and let simmer for 1hr.
  • Serve with mashed spud and some veggies on the side.
