Ingredients

- 225 grams spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 45 grams feta cheese (crumbled)
- salt
- fresh coriander (to garnish)
- 150 millilitres double cream
- 75 millilitres brandy
- 65 grams smoked salmon
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander (chopped)
- 7⅞ ounces spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⅗ ounces feta cheese (crumbled)
- salt
- cilantro (to garnish)
- 5 fluid ounces heavy cream
- 3 fluid ounces brandy
- 2¼ ounces smoked salmon
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tablespoon cilantro (chopped)
