Boil fruit for a few minutes, pour off water and pour over brandy, leave for a few hours or overnight. Put evaporated milk and water into bowl and add the instant pudding. Beat until thick. Fold in fruit and add dissolved gelatine (in 1/3 cup boiling water). Mix well Pour into mould and put in fridge to set. Serve with cream

Serves: 4-6
- 1 evaporated milk
- 1 fluid ounces water
- 1 packet vanilla instant pudding
- 1 tablespoon gelatine
- ⅓ cup boiling water
- 2 tablespoons golden raisins
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 2 tablespoons Zante currants
- ⅛ kilogram cherries
- 1 cup brandy
