When I first made this recipe, I thought that it was nice but could use some adjustments. So I added an additional ingredient and changed the baking time and the how to form the cookies.
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup caramel
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt

1.Mix the butter, sugar, the egg, the vanilla, and the caramel in a large bowl until combined. Sift the flour in a separate bowl along with the baking soda, and the salt. 1. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet and carefully wrap in plastic wrap and chill until firm, about 1-2 hours. Heat the oven to 400°F and grease two large cookie sheets and remove the wrap from the dough, and make about 1 tbsp sized balls from the dough and place them a few inches apart from each other on the cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
