  • Combine all ingredients & mix well - makes about 3 1/2 cups -marinade can be drained from meat for 2nd use (I have not done this). Sstore in a tightly covered jar in the freezer indefinitely(?) or in the refrigerator for 1 week
  • This is my favourite marinade, not that I have used many. I have only used it on beef as I have only recently started eating more pork.
  • This is too strong for chicken or fish. I hope you enjoy it. The longer you marinade it, the better it tastes. I would leave it at least 3 hours but have enjoyed it after being marinated overnight. Works well to freeze with the meat & defrost & cook. The taste varies widely depending on brands of the ingredients used. Be careful! I have been waiting years to get your TV shows on DVD or even VCR. I hope they will be available to order in Canada soon.
