This is one of my favourites and it goes with absolutely everything.. bread, chips.....and absolutely easy.
- 1 cup hung curd
- ½ cup finely chopped fresh dill
- 1 clove finely chopped garlic
- salt (to taste)
- juice of ½ lime

- Put all the ingredients in the food processor and blitz away for 5 mins or until mixture is creamy.
- Store in a clean bottle and keep in fridge.
It looks so beautiful with the green of the dill and the white of the cheese spread. You may also try this variation: use green tamarind pulp with mayo and mix well with some salt. It goes really well with fish cakes, crab cakes, kebabs etc.
Makes a medium sized jar (200-300ml).
