Preheat over to 325. Combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine chicken broth, milk and butter. Stir liquids into dry ingredients, and add whole egg and yolk. Knead dough until stiff. Roll out until it is one half inch thick and cut into shapes. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake 45 minutes. Cool before serving. Makes 24-30 biscuits.
