Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl. Transfer to a sealed container and chill.
Introduction
Accompaniment for Adobo Pork Sandwiches (see separate recipe) but also really nice on broiled fish or chicken and really nice on a jacket potato.

Serves: 4-6
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves peeled and grated garlic
- 1½ tablespoons minced finely fresh rosemary
- 1½ tablespoons lemon juice (fresh)
- 1 pinch of salt
