Ingredients

Serves: Makes 2 litres.

Metric Cups
  • 1½ litres cream
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 5 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 caramel (or anything you like with ice cream, nuts, berries, chocolate, marshmallow, cookies)
  • 2⅝ pints cream
  • 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 5 teaspoons vanilla essence

Method

  • Beat all the cream until soft peaks form.
  • Add the Condensed milk and mix well. Lastly add the vanilla essence and if you want any flavouring you like or just leave it plain it's amazing.
  • Put all the ingredients into freezable containers and freeze over night or until set and enjoy. There's no taking it out and mixing it again to prevent crystals forming, because it's so amazing that even the crystals don't want to spoil it.
