- 250 grams unsalted butter
- 200 grams dark chocolate (broken up)
- 75 grams glace cherries (or sour)
- 50 grams chopped nuts (optional)
- 80 grams cocoa (sifted)
- 65 grams plain flour (sifted)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 360 grams caster sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 orange zest
- 250 millilitres creme fraiche (or double cream)
- 9 ounces unsalted butter
- 7 ounces bittersweet chocolate (broken up)
- 3 ounces candied cherries (or sour)
- 2 ounces chopped nuts (optional)
- 3 ounces unsweetened cocoa (sifted)
- 2 ounces all-purpose flour (sifted)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 13 ounces superfine sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 orange zest
- 8⅘ fluid ounces creme fraiche (or double cream)
