- 20 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 250 millilitres cognac
- 100 millilitres white wine
- 4 laurel leaf
- 4 tablespoons salt
- 100 millilitres olive oil
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 turkey
