- 125 millilitres diced green bell peppers
- 125 millilitres diced red bell peppers
- 125 millilitres diced yellow bell peppers
- 63 millilitres diced onions
- ½ lemon (juice of)
- olive oil (to taste)
- chopped fresh parsley (to taste)
- black pepper
