Colourful and nourishing, a feast for the eyes. Easy to make.

Ingredients

Serves: 2

  • 1 tin cooked garbanzo beans
  • ½ cup diced green bell peppers
  • ½ cup diced red bell peppers
  • ½ cup diced yellow bell peppers
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • ½ lemon (juice of)
  • olive oil (to taste)
  • chopped fresh parsley (to taste)
  • black pepper
  • salt
