We always have an abundance of lemons, this is an easy way to get a lovely refreshing sweet from them. Makes about 6 cups.
- 3½ cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 ounce gelatine
- 1 lemon zest
- ¾ cup lemon juice (extra)
