  • 800 grams chicken thigh fillets
  • 1 tablespoon mixed spice
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes (level, or a teaspoon of table salt, if that)
  • 1 lemon (juice of)
  • lemon (wedges, to garnish)
  • 28 ounces chicken thigh fillets

Method

Additional Information

I have, at times, forgotten the lemon juice in the initial rub, and then just squeezed it on at the end of cooking. I am not sure this isn't even a better option!
