  • 1 lemon (organic, grated zest of)
  • 100 grams butter (cut into pieces)
  • 100 grams cooked ham (Prosciutto Cotto - cut into a thick slice)
  • fresh parsley (chopped)
  • salt
  • 9 ounces tagliatelle (bought or home-made)

  • 4 ounces cooked ham (Prosciutto Cotto - cut into a thick slice)
