For the Sauce
- 1 carrot (peeled, finely chopped)
- 1 stick celery (chopped)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons passata di pomodoro
- 2 Italian sausages
- 200 millilitres passata di pomodoro
For the Crepes
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- milk
- flour
For the Bechamel
- flour
- butter
- milk
- nutmeg (grated)
- 1 pinch of salt
- white pepper
- grated Parmesan

- 7 fluid ounces passata di pomodoro
