Peel the parsimmons and open them in half and remove the seeds. Chop the 6 amaretti and biscotti secchi. Put in the mixer:parsimmons,chopped biscuits,egg,1 tbs of sugar and 2 tbs of rum.Mix briefly and then pour the mousse inside 4 little bowl and put them in the fridge for 2 hours. Garnish each bowl with an amaretto biscuit. If you like you can add a dollop of whipped cream on each amaretto.Enjoy!
A delicious mousse really easy to make!!! Only for parsimmon lovers.
- 4 persimmons (mature)
- 10 amaretti biscuits (you can substitute with shortbread and a little bit of amaretto liqueur!)
- 6 graham crackers (or petit beurre)
- 1 egg
