  • 4 pork loin steaks (boneless)
  • 1 tablespoon pesto
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 150 grams gorgonzola cheese

  • Preheat the grill to high. Put the pork steaks under the grill for 5 minutes on each side. before taking them out and turning them over
  • Cut the tomatoes into medium slices and cut the cheese into 4 large slices.
  • When the pork is done, brush each steak with some pesto. Arrange the tomato slices on top of the steaks and top with a slice of gorgonzola cheese.
  • Pop back under the grill for 4-5 minutes, until the cheese is melting and bubbly.
