- 1 packet pho bhan (dried rice noodles)
- 2 carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 bunch cilantro
- ½ cup peanuts (or roasted cashews)
- ½ cup sweet chile sauce
- ½ cup rice wine vinegar (or white vinegar)
- ¼ cup thai fish sauce (nam pla)
- ¼ cup warm water
